Shipping price for orders under 100 euros is 10.99 euros. Shipping price for orders of 100 euros and above is 0 euros.

Processing of orders

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day.

Estimated delivery times for orders

EU: Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days from our European warehouses.
UK: Deliveries typically take 4–10 business days.

Delivery of orders

Orders are delivered either door-to-door or to pickup points, depending on the destination:

Door-to-door delivery: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, the UK.
Pickup points: All other countries. If an item is too large, the order will be delivered door-to-door instead.
If there are no pickup points within a 5 km radius, the order will be delivered door-to-door.

Orders are delivered by DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, or Posti, depending on the destination.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
