Price of shipping

Shipping price for orders under 100 euros is 10.99 euros. Shipping price for orders of 100 euros and above is 0 euros.

Processing of orders 

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day.

Estimated delivery times for orders

• EU: Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days from our European warehouses.
  
• UK: Deliveries typically take 4–10 business days.
  

Delivery of orders 

Orders are delivered either door-to-door or to pickup points, depending on the destination:

• Door-to-door delivery: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, the UK.
  
• Pickup points: All other countries. If an item is too large, the order will be delivered door-to-door instead.
  
• If there are no pickup points within a 5 km radius, the order will be delivered door-to-door.
  

Orders are delivered by DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, or Posti, depending on the destination.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Currently, we do not accept returns of Activity books. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
